I am absolutely willing to do refunds only if I think the reason for the refund is agreeable. Payment methods will vary with each person who contacts me, I am very aware of different currencies and political environments making it hard to find cost effective art that you enjoy so I'm very much willing to talk through prices depending on the situation people find themselves in!
